FIELD: electric drives. SUBSTANCE: device has tooth rotors 2 and 3 which are mounted on motor shaft through clutches 5 which transmits rotation only in one direction. Stator 1 and rotors 2 and 3 have equal number of teeth. Pole pitch of each rotor 2 and 3 is equal to pole pitch of corresponding teeth of stator 1. Each pair of electromagnetic systems of stator 1 has one electromagnetic system which has exact matching of teeth of stator 1 and rotors 2 and 3 and another electromagnetic system which has shift of teeth of stator 1 with respect to teeth of rotors 2 and 3. Sift direction of teeth of one rotor 2 is opposite to shift of teeth of another rotor 3 with respect to field symmetry axis of stator 1. Magnetic circuit 6 of stator 1 of each electromagnetic system 1 has two ferrite packets which have identical thickness and are joined as integral whole. One ferrite packet has groove 7 in its center. Another ferrite packet has equal steps 8 which height is equal to depth of groove 7. Steps 8 are located on both edges of middle pole. Direction of steps 8 and groove 7 is parallel to shaft axis direction. Magnetic circuits 6 of stator 1 are mounted on face side of electric motor and provide sequence of alternating magnetic circuits: ones which have middle pole with groove 7 and ones which have middle pole with steps 8.
