FIELD: agriculture and forestry, in particular single-grain seeding equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding seeds to upper part of space between drums with smooth surfaces. While moving over surfaces of rotating drums, seeds are urged to move downward to get into lower part of drums, which is defined by screws with multiple trapezium-shaped threads. One drum has left-hand thread and other drum has right-hand thread. Ridges on thread of one drum are inserted into slots on thread of other drum. Each thread entry is provided with cylindrical seeding cell, through which seeds fall in succession into soil. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider usage and improved yield of standard seedlings grown from such seeds by single-seed sowing in several rows per one line. 2 dwg
