FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: proposed endoprosthesis comprises head piece, neck, acetabular portion and femoral portion coated with polymeric cloth. Villous coating is made of vinylidene fluoride/3-10 mol. % tetrafluorethylene copolymer. Fibrous villi are 0.6-0.8 mm long and have diameter 8-12 mcm. Coating is applied onto femoral and acetabular portions, while dry surfaces of metallic endoprosthesis are coated with urethane prepolymer applied in layer 0.08-0.1 mm thick and cured at temperature 100-110 C for 2-5 min. Coating thus- applied has thickness 0.04-0.05 mm and is subjected to polymerization, followed by making artificial hair-like villi by electrovillification method on polymerized coating. Villi thus-formed uniformly adhere to endoprosthesis surface, thereby forming 5 mcm pores between individual villi. Finally, endoprosthesis is subjected to drying in thermal chamber for 5 min. at temperature 100-110 C.
