FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation should be applied in case of endoprosthetics of a hip joint in patients with high inborn femoral dislocation. For the purpose to decrease traumatism, provide complete covering a cotyloid component with local autoplastic material and reconstruct anatomical center of hip joint's rotation it is necessary to cross collum femoris at its bottom without isolating caput femoris, descend femur up to orientation of its trimming at the entrance into true cotyloid cavity, during the second stage one should clean true cotyloid cavity to deepen it, moreover, the remained caput with proximal department of collum femoris develops a missing part of cotyloid cavity's top.
EFFECT: higher efficiency fo therapy.
