FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: in case of repeated operations upon a hip joint, at reendoprosthetics and osteosynthesis of hip joint's fractures it is necessary to dissect a postoperational cicatrix, from the site between anterior and middle thirds of greater trochanter longitudinally in proximal direction one should dissect cicatricially-altered soft tissues up to supra-acetabular massive, longitudinally separate pelviotrochanterian muscles and exfoliate the developed soft tissue fragment from osseous structures to prevent the disorders in supply of bony tissue of greater trochanter.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
