SUBSTANCE: proposed is structure comprising upper fork, lower fork having, both of them, attachment fixtures for making assembly, knee shaft, split-type clamp which envelopes knee shaft and is connected by two revolving shafts with lower fork, latter having recess facing side, to which module is bent.
