SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of human blood serum with heparin and calcium or manganese chloride and isolation of lipoprotein as an aqueous solution at concentration 10 ± 5 mg/ml. The isolated lipoprotein is combined with medicinal agent taken from the group involving antibiotic, vitamin, antitumor agent and hormone. Combination is carried out at their mass ratio = = (2-50):1, respectively, at 4 ± 2 C for 16-18 h. Lipoprotein content in the prepared preparation is determined by immunochemical testing and if necessary lipoprotein is added to the preparation to obtain the parent ratio of component = = (2-50):1 followed by sterilization and preservation of preparation. After treatment with heparin and manganese chloride blood serum is treated additionally with dextran sulfate.
