SUBSTANCE: for sensorineural hearing loss (diminished hearing and deafness) treatment at various stages, treatment versions are proposed including a component that activates the cell signaling pathway Sonic hedgehog. Vitronectin is used as such component for the first version. In this case it further comprises at least one anti-tumour agent. For the second version, a mixture of vitronectin and at least one glucocorticoid is used as such component. In contrast to the first means, it additionally comprises at least one material selected from the group comprising vinpocetine, pentoxifylline and piracetam.

EFFECT: provision of damaged hair cells regeneration in the inner ear, including their proliferation, without the risk of cancer, in particular retinoblastoma, expansion of application methods for sensorineural hearing loss treatment means.
