FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rectangular carcass with columns arranged at corner parts of rectangular carcass, arced members, two cross-pieces arranged one above the other, foot rests, runner track, lever connected with loading unit, carriage mounted in guides and provided with rollers, seat positioned on carriage, ring-shaped base connected with columns through draw bars, disk mounted for rotation in ring and rectangular underframes. Columns have bearing units positioned in plane of arced members, which connect upper parts of each pair of columns arranged at opposite sides of rectangular contour. Columns are interconnected through cross-pieces and arced members. Underframes are disposed in spaces between columns interconnected by arced members and mounted within bearing units of columns. Loading unit and foot rests are fastened on lower cross-piece and lever is fixed on upper cross-piece. Lever is connected with loading unit in its mid portion by cable of adjustable length.
