SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment. Simulator, which is a seat mounted on a frame and means for creating a load, characterized by that the seat is mounted on the frame by means of a post with bolts and 2 arm supports with supports installed on its sides, capable of reciprocating down-up movements by means of springs installed inside each support for hands, and in front of the seat there are leg supports inclined at angle of 45 degrees, with leg rests, also capable of reciprocating down-up movements, by means of springs installed inside each leg support. In addition, the lower part of the frame is equipped with rollers for its movement and a locking device, which is a cylindrical housing with a vertical slot with a groove at the bottom for fixing the handle fixed on the upper part of the axle with a spring put on it, and the lower part of the axle is equipped with a rubber pad.
EFFECT: invention can be used in gyms, at home and in medical institutions.
