FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: training apparatus has base, column with handle, two platforms mounted for vertical displacement, loading device, device for restricting height at which platform may be fixed in vertical plane. Restricting device is mounted on column and formed as stop. Loading device has hydraulic cylinders, with number of cylinders being equal to the number of platforms. Cylinders have stems with pistons. Hydraulic cylinders are interconnected by cavities positioned below pistons and filled with working fluid. Hydraulic cylinders are interconnected via controlled throttle.
