SUBSTANCE: rod 4 has stiffening ribs 6 at outlet end. Pipes 7 located between bushings 8 have outer diameter corresponding to inner diameter of body 1 with holes in their walls. Through holes 9 in bushing end face are inclined. Rod 4 with stiffening ribs 7, bushings and additional bushing 12 are made from dielectric material. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
