ARTICLE MARKING MACHINE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is used for marking spark plugs of internal-combustion engines. Machine for print-marking has transportation member with successively located rollers and seats for handled articles, printing form installed above transportation member, and rollers for applying ink to printing form. Machine is provided with strip pivotally-mounted on rod-like support in the form of flag for location of printing form, and with linear support for spreading ink installed above rollers for possible discrete contact with them. Axle of rod-like support is installed laterally to travel direction of rollers and seats for treated articles. Flag strip is provided with balancer for adjusting center of gravity of printing form and with tail-piece for compensation of allowance errors made in manufacture of articles being marked. Linear support for spreading ink can be made in the form of disks or conveyer belt. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
