FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to reconstruction of crane runways primarily in shops of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy with heavy-duty operation of cranes. Increased durability and easier assembly of crane runway girder are achieved due to the fact that upper girth is made as bent of V-like cross section with flanged horizontal edge sections "a" converting over curve into sections "b" inclined to edge sections at angle of 45-60 deg. and connected to each other by curved section "c". Web of girder is connected with section "c" along girder symmetry line. Seated in V-like recess is V-like shock absorber which by its upper edges is interacting with and connected to rail foot, and by its upper edge is connected with bottom of recess. Rail foot is seated in V-section recess by 0-1 part of its height and it interacts with it by its side edges. Rail web is connected by friction bolts with V-like member by means of V-like plates which are symmetrical relative to rail. V-like shock absorber can be replaced with low-modulus material such as cast-iron shots which fill recess by 2/3-1/2 of its height. Recess can be filled to 2/3-1/2 of its height with liquid cast-iron or other similar alloys with low modulus of elasticity. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 cl, 5 dwg
