FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: crane runway consists of split girders 1 resting on brackets of columns 2. Girders have support and intermediate ribs. Upper parts of support and intermediate ribs of girders 1 are cut off at each side by 1/4-1/5 of their height, and seams are ground. Girders 1 are interconnected by equalizers 4 installed symmetrically relative to girders. Each equalizer, channel in section, is provided with window 5 in center which is framed by ring rib 6 and by hangers 7 at ends. Hangers 7 are connected with equalizer by means of high strength studs 8. Tubular beams 9 suspended from hangers 7, serve as additional shock absorbing supports of girders 11. Cover plates 10 connected with girders 1 and equalizers 4 by means of high strength studs 8 are fitted over butt joint of girders. Cover plates 10 are also connected with ring rib 6 by means of adjusting stud 11. Under-crane rail 12 is connected with column 2 by means of shock absorber-adjuster with adjusting stud. Brake beam is located between rail 12 and girder 1. Channel belt of brake beam is suspended from column 2 through leaf joint and it rests on strut connected with equalizer 4. EFFECT: eliminated dangerous stresses in upper zone of girder decreased bending torque, simplified track lining. 3 dwg
