FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: minihouse has sleeping places in the form of folding decks of cross dimension equal to internal width of minihouse. Each sleeping deck is made up of two equal plates 1, 2 connected to each other by hinge 3. In unfolded condition they rest by their edges on horizontal beams 4 of minihouse framework. Longitudinal side edges of plates have hooks 7, and beams under them have corresponding sockets 8, and this reliably fixes position of plates of folding decks on supporting horizontal beams of minihouse. At minimal dimensions and weight, this minihouse can be used for temporary or periodic accommodation of family in warm period of year having four sleeping places at overall dimensions for example such as 180x80 cm.
