FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, oil deposit is developed by recovering oil through producing wells and injecting working agent through injection well. Bed pressure is reduced below saturation pressure. Determined is current value of piezoconductivity and hydraulic conductivity. Defining of boundaries is effected at constant intensity of pressure variation in area of supposed boundary of deposit. Measured in well closest to assumed boundary is pressure under liquid level at open well head. Effected in well adjacent to well closest to assumed boundary and located deep in deposit is spasmodic pressure changing. New boundary of deposit is determined according to results of changing pressure in well closest to assumed boundary with counting current value of piezoconductivity and hydraulic conductivity. Wells are arranged in new area of deposit and its development is started. This ensures increased oil yield from deposit due to more exact determination of boundaries and involvement in development of earlier idle reserve. EFFECT: high efficiency.
