FIELD: mining equipment. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for separation of monolithic rock blocks from rock mass without explosion in driving underground workings, etc. Forceful member has body splittable along its longitudinal axis, and its end parts are fastened on middle parts by means of splittable joint for example bayonet-type. It also has tubular elastic chamber and spreading inserts. Splittable joints of middle and end parts of body components are additionally provided with detents which prevent their turning relative to each other and are made in the form of screw or bolt. Installed in inlet pipe union is working agent volume limiter with its body having longitudinal slot, and it has adjusting bush, resilient adjusting member which is in contact with inner wall of flexible chamber and it interacts with adjusting bush and spring-loaded locking member. Sealing washer has guide slot, and on ends of spreading inserts it has corresponding protrusions. Ends of adjacent body components are interconnected by return springs. Spreading inserts can be resiliently connected with outer surface of flexible chamber. EFFECT: high efficiency. 7 cl, 6 dwg
