FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing which is separable along its longitudinal axis with annular cavities at its ends, a mechanism for returning them to the inoperative position located inside the detachable body, an elastic chamber, and expanding inserts disposed between the parts of the detachable housing with guide grooves, protrusions of the expanding inserts moving along them and interacting with them and elastic chamber, end sealing clips with cylindrical flanges with a working agent connection into the elastic chamber and the displacement connection of air from this chamber. Between the nozzles there is a working agent volume limiter with a housing with a longitudinal slot comprising a sleeve, interacting with it by means of a control element, a spring-loaded pusher contacting the control element and a persistent element interacting with it. The control element is installed in the longitudinal slit of the working agent volume limiter housing and contacts the inner wall of the elastic chamber. One end of the working agent volume limiter is connected to the supply connection of the working agent by means of a pusher mounted with the possibility to move along the axial channels of the housing and the connection and provided with grooves for passing the working agent, and the opposite end of the limiter housing is freely located in the channel of the air outlet and contacts the bushing. The last and adjacent end of the housing have holes for the working agent passage. The elastic chamber is provided with longitudinal corrugations, the distance between diametrically located points of the corrugations in the plane of the expanding inserts is less than the distance between the analogous points relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing parts, and the control element located in the plane of symmetry of the expanding inserts contacts the inner surface of the longitudinal corrugations of maximum diameter. The guide grooves and the expanding insert protrusions installed in them have a semi-cylindrical shape.
EFFECT: hydro-rifting device allows to increase the service life of the camera several times while maintaining the working stroke of the punch.
