FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, rock mass is frozen, and created around ice-rock mass is water-isolation plugging curtain by drilling bore-holes, injected through these bore-holes is plugging solution to effect hydraulic fracturing, injected through thus formed cracks is water-proofing material, rock is extracted, and mine shaft is strengthened. Creation of water-isolation curtain is effected after freezing of rock mass at boundary of temperature stress concentration. Plugging solution is injected through casing pipes with single-side perforation. Hydraulic fracturing is effected by plugging solution of low density, and cracks are filled with plugging solution higher density. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
