FIELD: burning waste gases, mainly high-pressure gases; oil and natural gas recovery. SUBSTANCE: device includes flare burner whose housing is divided into outer and inner passages by ferrule. According to invention, circular bottom is secured in outer passage between housing and ferrule. Circular bottom is provided with gas exhaust holes. Outer section of housing is provided with wind protective casing mounted at circular clearance. Device is provided with pilot burners fitted at shear of outlet section of housing and at shear of wind-protective casing. It is good practice that total passage section of gas exhaust holes should range from 0.06 to 0.12 of passage section of inner channel. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
