FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of gas combustion on a multi-burner closed flare installation containing standby burners, gas burners containing a head, which has a conical shape in the form of a streamline body with a cut in the upper part, at that, the assembled gas burner contains a guaranteed conical annular gap with the created Coanda effect and the pressure drop at the cut, with the created supersonic effect, consisting in the fact that the gas flow supplied for combustion is directed to the ground unit of gas burners, wherein the connection of the required number of sections of the gas burner unit, depending on the change in the flow rate and pressure of the waste gas supplied for combustion, is ensured by the gas quantity and quality measurement system unit, from which control commands are transmitted to cutoff valve drives installed on gas supply inlet pipelines before sections of gas burners, wherein remote ignition and uninterrupted operation of standby burners is carried out according to two algorithms of the ignition system using ejection units with electric spark ignition or with the help of a running fire of a gas-air mixture prepared in the ignition unit, the presence of fire at the duty burners is controlled by thermocouples and a video camera.
EFFECT: providing smokeless combustion of waste gas of variable flow rates during development and trial operation of oil and gas condensate deposits.
