SUBSTANCE: set includes housing, elongated chute for receiving food stuff to be treated, heat exchanger and ventilation unit or creating flow of air circulating through heat exchanger upward through chute and backward to heat exchanger. Housing includes many practically identical modules located across longitudinal direction of chute. Housing is provided with self-bearing bottom and side wall panels. Each panel has layer of insulating material and layer of stainless steel and similar material on inner side.
