FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: meter is essentially psychrometer with thermoelectric sensitive element which has noninverting operational amplifier 3 the feedback circuit of which includes semiconductor temperature-sensitive resistor as corrector 2 of psychrometric temperature characteristics. Semiconductor thermopile is used as source 1 of thermal electromotive force. Use of semiconductor temperature-sensitive resistor as temperature correction sensor extends relative humidity measurement range.
