FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has equipment which is installed on mobile object, n base stations and main station. Marker decoder, receiver and decoupling unit are introduced to equipment of each mobile unit to accomplish the goal of invention. Each base station in addition has marker decoder, address decoder and time interval meter. Main radio station has synchronization unit, transmitter and decoupling unit. This results in possibility to measure traveling time for radio waves from base station to mobile object. EFFECT: increased precision of object position detection. 3 dwg
