FIELD: radar equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has power amplifier, serial circuit of antenna, isolation unit, which second input is connected to output of power amplifier, and low-noise detector. In addition device has serial circuit of detector, video amplifier, decoder, which output is connected to input of power amplifier, serial circuit of saw-tooth voltage generator and master oscillator. In addition device has pulse accumulation unit, directed coupler, serial circuit of mixer and intermediate frequency amplifier, which output is connected to input of detector. Input of directed coupler is connected to input of master oscillator. Outputs of directed coupler are connected to input of power amplifier and second input of mixer. Input of pulse accumulation unit is connected to output of video amplifier; output is connected to input of saw-tooth voltage generator. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 dwg
