FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, regulation of sine-shaped voltage. SUBSTANCE: device has transformer with partitioned secondary winding. Terminals of each partition of secondary winding are connected in series to first and second gates. First and second gates of each partition provide serial circuit which first terminal is connected to first terminal for load connection. In addition device has four additional gates which provide bridge circuit which one diagonal arm is connected to terminals of primary winding of transformer. Semiconductor switch is inserted in gap inside one of conductors which are connected to power supply terminals. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 cl, 2 dwg
