The obtained solution is treated with cationite in H⁺-form to obtain acid form of proteoglycan aggregates and then - with salt form of cationite to obtain acid salt form that is treated at least twofold volume of 96.6% ethanol saturated with metal acetate in order to precipitate basic form of proteoglycan aggregates followed by washing and drying precipitate with ethanol and ether. Both forms of proteoglycan aggregates (acid - salt and basic - salt) can be lyophilized. Aggregates were obtained as solid dry form and can be used for treatment skin damages (diathesis, allergy, psoriasis and others) and cornea traumas. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 4 cl
