FIELD: environmental control, in particular, means for flameless burning of process and ventilation gas effluents; may be used in sanitary cleaning of gases in chemical, paint and varnish, instrumentation engineering and other industries. SUBSTANCE: thermocatalytic members of reactor are made in form of tube bundle whose cooling chamber is located between tube plates. Each tube of the bundle has screw insert-holder of infra-red radiation source located over axis of tube whose internal surface carriers secured catalytic grates. Upper tube plate may have holes to pass cooling agent. Cooling chamber may be additionally provided with unions for supply and discharge of liquid and liquid distributing device in form of grate with spraying jet nozzles.
