FIELD: oil refining industry. SUBSTANCE: heat-and-mass transfer apparatus has heat-exchanging tubes incorporating shaft with spring-biased supporting members arranged in pairs one opposite the other. Strip-shaped scrapers are secured in supporting members. Additional supporting members are mounted below scrapers in spaced relation with scrapers, which are positioned along heat-exchanging tube. with space value not exceeding 0,5(R_in-R_out), where: R_in is inner radius of tube, R_out is outer radius of shaft. Scrapers may be provided with supporting protrusions, with maximum space between contact surfaces of protrusions and shaft surface not exceeding 0,5(R_in-R_out). Additional supporting members may be formed as plates with through slots where scrapers are positioned in spaced relation with respect to slot ends in plate bodies for radial displacement along them. One working edge of each pair of scrapers positioned diametrically may be provided with regularly arranged cleaning ridges and slots, with cleaning ridges of one scraper being positioned in opposed relation with respect to slots of other scraper.
