FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: when preparing fine copper powder from copper-containing waste, copper salt-containing solution formed after divinyl separation in production of organic substances is treated with dilute solution of inorganic acid to pH 1-2, precipitate is scoured and dried. All the operations are performed in the moisture- and oxygen-free inert gas flow. Resulting powder contains 99,99% copper and is characterized by dispersity 0.5-2 mcm of its 80.5% fraction.
