FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: top plate 2 of housing 1 is provided with hydraulic cylinders 4 of a hydraulic drive for moving crusher 5 connected with plate 6, which bears additional percussion-pulse drive 7 provided with crusher 5. Inside housing 1 is hydraulic clamp for clamping material 9 with hard-alloy knives 14 for concentrating strength. The delivery spaces of the cylinders of the hydraulic clamp and drive for moving the crusher are interconnected. Pipe line 15 which communicates them is provided with check valve 16. Material 9 is positioned on support 8 and in the hydraulic clamp. EFFECT: simplified method and improved design of the device. 4 cl, 2 dwg
