FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for forming three rows of cigarette blocks. Middle row has one cigarette less than two other rows which have shafts made by walls in number corresponding to maximum number of cigarettes in creased by one cigarette in one row and with width somewhat greater than diameter of cigarette to receive cigarettes arranged one over the other, with pusher for simultaneously knocking out required number of cigarette rows to form one block from lower zone recess located above shaft bottom into cigarette receiver. Shafts in cigarette extraction zone are made inclined towards the bottom, and external shaft in position of both lower rows is closed and three lower rows of cigarettes are arranged in position corresponding to their position to be provided in block thus formed.
