FIELD: packing; devices for metering out foam-forming substances contained in pressure vessels. SUBSTANCE: device 10 has drive 12 and cover 14. Drive is installed on top of container 16 which contains gel and is provided with inlet contacting with valve rod of gel container, and nozzle with outlet orifice pointed radially outwards from container top. Cover opened from below engages with outer surface of drive to close the container when not in use. Cover has hole. Cavity 52 in rim of hole engages with stop 54 on outer surface of drive to provide arrangement of cover hole opposite to outlet orifice of drive nozzle when cover is in its place.
