FIELD: hygiene, cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: cream has, wt.-%: (a) about 70-90% water; (b) about 10-20% soap component containing about 8-12% fatty acid -C₁₄-C₁₈-alkanolamine soap and about 2-4% noninogenic surface-active substance at HIV value at least 15; (c) about 1-5% displacing gas exhibiting vapor pressure about 30-60 psig (30-60 x about 6.895 kPa) at 70 F (21.11 C); (d) about 0.1-5% one or some softening agents and (e) about 0.3-4% foam stabilizing agent consisting of 0.2-2% saturated alcohol, 0.1-3% saturated alkanolamide and 0.01-0.6% polyethylene glycol fatty acid diester at molecular mass at least 1000 Da.
