FIELD: personal hygienic appliances. SUBSTANCE: shaving assembly is intended for cutting hair from skin surface. It has moulded support which is made up of guarding and cap produced from regular polymeric material, two blades with spacing member between them, and moulded insert member made of polymeric material with lubricating capacity located in recess of cap. Aforesaid components are connected with handle. Shaving is effected with use of hot water. In these conditions, polymeric material with lubricating capacity emits from moulded insert member to skin surface being shaved. As soon as moulded insert member together with entire shaving assembly is immersed in cold water on completion of shaving process, polymeric material with lubricating capacity becomes insoluble and devoid of lubricating capacity. Ph characteristic of this material is approximately equal to 8. Cap and/or guarding or moulded insert member can be made of material with lower Ph characteristic. This adds more comfort feeling in using shaving assembly. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 2 dwg
