FIELD: road building industry. SUBSTANCE: road sign 1 for construction sites has hollow body 2 connected with base and made up of four adjacent wall sections. Two sections 5 located against each other are of larger horizontal dimension and two other sections 8 located against each other are of lesser horizontal dimension. Wall sections of larger horizontal dimension are flat. Hollow body is connected with base by means of coupling members which create connecting unit 4. Each wall section of lesser horizontal dimension is tapered and has semicircular cross-section and recess 12 which is located above upper surface of base and is limited by zone of transfer to adjacent wall section with larger horizontal cross-section.
