FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used in operation of oil wells and it ensures stabilization of preset dynamic level in wells equipped with deep well pump. Device has body with inlet and outlet holes and sealing members. Installed inside body is bellows chamber which is connected with rod having locking member. Rod is inserted through seat hole. Locking member is located at seat side which is opposite to bellows chamber. Area of annular bore cross-section between seat and rod is larger than summed cross-sectional area of holes and less than summed cross-sectional area of outlet holes. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
