SUBSTANCE: device has body with pressure, drencher and stimulating chambers, spring-loaded main shutoff member in the form of sleeve whose end overlaps drencher chamber, electromagnetic two-way control valve overlapping the channels connecting the stimulating chamber with pressure chamber and drainage. Main shutoff member has retainers of open position made in the form of lock members located in body of main shutoff member and interacting with annular recess made in body. EFFECT: higher operating reliability and quick action in opening of shutoff member with reduced weight-size characteristics and improved compact design of device as a whole. 1 dwg
