SUBSTANCE: inertia-pulse converter is built up of two pairs of inertia masses mounted on ends of rocking rods whose other ends rest on fixed shaft for relative vibratory motion in opposite directions with vibration phase of one pair shifted from that of other pair; kinematic link of drive with converter is made in the form of pushrod with trigger mechanism coupled with case by means of flexible member, such as spring, and with drive through roller members installed on drive crankshaft for periodic engagement of trigger mechanism actuator; crankshafts are made for rotation in opposing directions.
