FIELD: heating and cooling devices used for supply of heated or cooling air to spaces or reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: unit includes air turbocompressor plant with electric motor in whose turbine atmospheric air is expanded to pressure of 0.5 kg/sq.cm at simultaneous reduction of its temperature. After passage through "cold" duct of heat exchanger, air enters compressor where it is compressed to pressure of (1.08-1.1) kg/sq.cm at simultaneous rise of its temperature. Then air compressed in compressor enters distributing manifold wherefrom part of hot air is fed directly to consumer and remaining part flows to cold air consumer after cooling in "hot" duct of heat exchanger to temperature of -15 to -20 C. Mounted at turbine inlet is air dehumidifier, after-compressor air fine filter being mounted after compressor. Cold air duct is provided with regulating device for control of relationship of hot and cold air flow rates. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 1 dwg
