FIELD: low-temperature treatment of natural gas at gasworks. SUBSTANCE: gas flow is subjected to preliminary cooling and separation into gas and liquid phases; then gas and liquid are removed; after separation, gas flow is fed for expansion accompanied by reduction of temperature at generation of energy and is directed for heating in recuperative heat exchange, with starting gas; after heating, gas flow is divided into two flows: one flow is directed for compression at delivery of energy obtained during expansion; after compression, part of gas is discharged and is directed for mixing with flow of gas fed for expansion after separation; preliminary cooling of starting gas is effected in recuperative heat exchange with gas fed after expansion.
