FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gravity meter has case, pendulum sensitive element, magnetoelectric power converter with permanent magnet and compensation coil, amplifier with correcting filter and device for partial compensation of gravitational force. Sensitive element is manufactured in the form of mobile and immobile frames. Permanent magnet is fabricated in the form of disc with diametrical direction of magnetization. Mobile frame carries weights, straps of magnetically soft material, straps of thermomagnetic material with negative temperature coefficient of magnetic permeability. Straps of thermomagnetic material are positioned together with weights on one side of suspension axis. Straps of magnetically soft material are located on the other side of suspension axis.
