FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to linear low-frequency acceleration converters with compensating conversion. Proposed compensating accelerator contains monocrystal silicon plate with inner fixed part connected to plate by elastic hanger, differential capacitive position transducer, magnetoelectric force transducer with ring compensating coil and disk permanent magnet with diametric direction of magnetization connected by some end face surfaces to first main surface of outer movable part of plate n (n=2,3) of weights arranged opposite to permanent magnet of other end face surfaces of which compensating coil of force transducer is installed, and (n+1) th weight located on second main surface of outer movable part of plate on radius square to axis of hanger, and amplifier. On other second main surface of outer movable part of plate or on free end face of compensating coil k weights made of monocrystal silicon are installed. Said second surface is arranged at other side from hanger axis as compared with (n+1)th weight. On second main surface of outer movable part of plate at one side with (n+1) th weight in diametrically opposite position relative to weight at least one cover plate made of monocrystal silicon is installed, on free end face surface of which layer of ferromagnetic material of thickness up to 0.3 mcm is formed. Masses of above-indicated k weights are made to designed relationship.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of acceleration measurement.
