SUBSTANCE: digester has vertical cylindrical housing with hermetically sealed cover and product heating device with vertical chambers attached in equally spaced relation to peripheral surface of digester and communicated with interior of digester. Electrical heaters and vertical pipes with open upper ends are positioned within vertical chambers. Lower ends of vertical pipes are connected with heat carrier or water supply pipeline.
