FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: steam sterilizer for food preservation at home is proposed, which contains a housing with a lid, inside of which there is a removable loading container with a lid. A heat and electric heating element is placed in the gap between the supporting bottom of the loading container and the bottom of the housing. A temperature sensor connected to the electronic control unit is built into the bottom of the loading container. In the lower part of the housing there is an outlet pipe for draining water, equipped with a solenoid valve, also connected to the control unit. A removable cassette for cans with a lid is used as a loading container, containing a support bottom with vertical rods equipped with clamping elements, or a removable perforated basket with a lid for placing soft packaging in it. The electronic control unit additionally contains a soft packaging food preservation program.

EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency during use.
