Said guide forms helical extension of guiding contour due to rotation of three-dimensionally bent tube. Said helical extension is divided by outer cylindrical casing surrounding rotary contour of outer end of tube and inner helical chute whose opened side is turned towards said casing. Said helical chute includes central block mounted with possibility of dismantling onto tubular support carrying tube.
