FIELD: fire-fighting and rescue work. SUBSTANCE: truck-mounted hoist has chassis 1, multi-sectional telescopic tower 3 with upper slewing abutment circle 4, two-section boom 5 with telescopic link 7 and cradle. The cradle is made up of upper cradle 10 and lower cradle 27 inserted one into the other. The upper and lower cradles are associated with each other through flexible tie in the form of fourfold pulley block consisting of pulleys 21,22,24,30,32 and steel rope connected with winch 26. Mounted in the corners of the cradle are catchers 19 and guides 20. Bottom of the upper cradle has hatch with door 17. The hoist boom is provided with hook block 25 driven from winch 36. EFFECT: possibility for wide area fire-fighting on extremely high objects with simultaneous evacuation of people and execution of emergency-and-dismounting operations. 3 cl, 5 dwg
