FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, in particular to lifting facilities for transportation of fire-fighting teams with fire-technical equipment, as well as rescue and evacuation of people, and can be used in emergency (for example, in case of fire) on various structures, including high-rise. System contains at least one enclosed blind lift shaft of the building, in the door openings of which as an option there are sliding automatic doors. In the above lift shaft, there is a cargo-passenger lift of daily use, cable-type as an option, driven by an electric motor, which contains a cabin with doors, which transports passengers and cargoes. Cargo-passenger lift provides daily vertical transportation of people and cargoes between floors of the building and interacts for this purpose with doors of the cabin with sliding automatic doors of the lift shaft. Fire-evacuation elevator is installed jointly with cargo-and-passenger lift in said lift shaft, optionally with rack-and-rack system of drive from electric motor, which chassis is engaged with at least one rail or mast guide secured inside building lift shaft. Cabin of fire-evacuation elevator is equipped with at least one docking unit providing tight connection of elevator cabin with sliding automatic floor doors of lift shaft. Fire-evacuation elevator provides vertical transportation of fire-fighting teams and mechanized evacuation of people and cargoes in case of emergency (for example, in case of fire). At that, elements and guides of cargo-passenger lift and fire-evacuation elevator do not prevent movement in lift shaft of both lifting facilities. In the method vertical transportation of fire-fighting teams and mechanized evacuation of people and cargoes is carried out due to consecutive movement in lift shaft of cargo-passenger lift and fire-evacuation elevator. At such movement, first, cargo-and-passenger lift is automatically lowered to the accessible lowest floor (level) of the building to it in order to evacuate from the affected building all people and cargo caught in its cabin at the moment of emergency situation or trainings. Then, in unladen state, also automatic mode cargo-and-passenger lift rises, as an option, to the highest elevation of lift shaft, and is optionally locked by retractable metal elements for safe storage for the whole period of emergency situation or training. Simultaneously, the fire-evacuation elevator is activated and lifted from its storage point, for example, to the lowest floor (level) of the building, which is accessible to the cargo-and-passenger lift, where it picks up the firemen with fire-technical equipment arrived to the affected building. Further, the fire-evacuation elevator performs the required number of lifting operations for transportation of fire-fighting teams to the affected floors of the building and mechanized evacuation of people and cargo therefrom. At each of its stops, at the request of firefighters on any floor (level) of the building, a fire-evacuation elevator for safety provision is tightly jointed by at least one of its docking unit with openings of sliding automatic doors of lift shaft. Said operations are continued as many times as necessary for evacuation of all people and valuable cargoes from the affected building and complete elimination of an emergency, for example, a fire.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of operational capabilities of fire-evacuation lift due to its joint operation with rope-type cargo-passenger lift, when they are equipped in one lift shaft of building.
