FIELD: transportation engineering, house building. SUBSTANCE: multilayer panel has sheathings continuous sheet material spaced apart one from another, honeycomb filling agent placed between sheathings and at least one intermediate layer located in space between sheathing and honeycomb filling agent bonded to them and having relation of mass to volume occupied by it less than density of sheathing material and more than relation of mass of honeycomb filling agent to volume occupied by it. Intermediate layer can be manufactured from corrugated board. Described multilayer panel shows mass and size parameters, strength, rigidity, heat and sound insulation properties sufficient for use in isothermal automobile bodies, in fast-erected construction structures and other objects.
